Winter rates: November 6–March 12 take an additional

Children ages two and under stay free.

Policies

  • $200.00 DEPOSIT per week is due upon making a reservation
  • Pay by cash, check, or credit card (A 2% convenience fee is added to credit or debit card payments)
  • If a cancellation is made, the deposit will be refunded only if the cottage is rented by another party
  • All rates are subject to 6% room tax plus 5.5% sales tax
  • Check-in time: after 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time: before 10:00 a.m.
  • NO CAMPING ALLOWED
  • NO PETS ALLOWED on premises or on boats NO EXCEPTIONS (This includes visitors)
  • NO SMOKING - smoking is allowed outside only
Our grounds will accommodate a limited number of guests. It is our intent to keep the grounds for guests only. Therefore, day visitors are allowed only with prior permission and at our discretion. This does not include a brief visit from someone stopping in to say "hi."

These are “housekeeping" cabins, meaning you leave the cabin in the same condition you found it in: wash, dry, put away dishes, strip beds, take out garbage, etc. Basic checkout instructions can be found in each cabin.
